Analyze existing approaches to the development of business and make changes where appropriate.

Lead our growing digital marketing team (6-8 people).

Lead our local and global marketing activity.

Optimize customer experience and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.

Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.

Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.

Build our digital marketing roadmap.

Manage all digital marketing channels.

Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.

Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.

Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.

Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English (mother tongue preferred).

Proven experience in Customer Success- managing and increasing customers' activity.

Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.

Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.

Solid experience in the global market.

Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
