We are growing and have an open position of Customer Support Specialist for Swiss crypto-wealth management platform.
- Provide customer support;
- Build out macros in Zendesk;
- Identify areas to automate tasks and improve processes;
- Provide quality assurance for the rest of the team;
- Maintain a high CSAT score;
- Escalate any feature requests to the Client's team;
- Provide various administrative services on an as-needed basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Experience as Customer Support Agent in cryptocurrency/finance area;
- Experience with ZenDesk.
- Downtown Kyiv location in a modern office (10-minute walk from Kontraktova);
