You will work with a team of 8 dedicated and experienced community managers, working for different 'Grass root' DeFi or DLT startups. We expect you to work 40 hours per week, 8hours per day, 5 days per week.

- Keeping up to date with the project's development
- Feedback with team
- Answering questions from the community.
- Mitigate escalations (eg; fud, complains)
- Engage with community

Required Qualifications

• Has proven track record in building crypto communities
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional PR or media experience;
• Knows to respond in English (C1 level is a bonus)
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc
• Strong crypto knowledge; ido, liquidity mining
• Interpersonal skills
• Likes to work in team
• Helpful and patient with newbies
• Pro active and Self sufficient work ethic
• Has access to a laptop
• Can thrive in rapidly changing environment
• Stress resistant is a bonus
