We are looking for a highly qualified marketing coordinator to work closely with the marketing and communications department. This individual will contribute to existing marketing initiatives and drive the events strategy. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
Support marketing with the planning, executing, and analytics of marketing initiatives such as email, events, social media, PR or content marketing
Maintain a directory and inventory of company merchandise and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Conduct market research and identify trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overarching company goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in marketing - past experience in marketing coordination or event management preferred
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing is preferred
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
A high level of creativity
Occasional travel may be required

Knowledge of the Cybersecurity landscape and selling infosec services or products
