As a Social Media Manager at X8C you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage X8C and its clients' image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express X8C and its clients' views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute social media strategies
Take on full ownership of the social media accounts for X8C (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn,Telegram, Reddit, Quora etc) including but not limited to:
Calendar management
Content creation (write, schedule and post)
Community management - actively monitor and respond to DMs and tags, etc.
Review, prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on data analytics and response rates
Take control and manage X8C client’s social media accounts when needed
Work closely with our design team to produce any necessary assets
Coordinate with the BD team and other department heads
Innovate and offer new ideas to elevate social media presence
Research and keep on top of daily news in the crypto space online
Seek out and set up new social media platforms for X8C and its clients
Provide best practice guidelines (tips, tricks, advice) to the team

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a social media manager ideally in an agency settings
2-5yrs of experience
Knowledge in crypto and blockchain is a MUST
A portfolio of provable work
Should have SEO expertise
Social Media expert
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organisational skills including planning, prioritizing and executing projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Excellent understanding of data analytics and ROI
