Creating content, including text posts, videos and images for use on social media
Writing blog posts, newsletters, and press content
Managing, planning and executing of webinars and Twitter spaces
Crafting, scheduling, and reporting weekly marketing campaigns through a content calendar
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns along with execution
Creating and managing marketing hypothesis
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
Conducting competitor research and analysis to inform the marketing strategy
Research and engage with promising PR partners and outlets

Required Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a social media manager in web3
Deep understanding of the Crypto ecosystem
Connections to major projects and influencers
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of CRM programs are plus
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Problem/Solution oriented person
Well organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
Strong writing ability
