1. Develop and execute the European business development strategy to drive user acquisition, increase market penetration, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various industries, including finance, technology, and media, to establish strategic partnerships and expand our brand influence.
3. Build and manage a high-performing team of BD professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities in the European cryptocurrency industry.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the European cryptocurrency community.
7. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team on progress and areas for improvement.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in finance or technology, preferably in cryptocurrency.
Strong understanding of the European cryptocurrency market, regulations, and emerging trends.
Successful track record in building and managing strategic partnerships with KOLs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and achieve goals.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
Proactive, results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Fluency in English required, proficiency in other European languages desirable.
Flexibility to travel within Europe as required.
